Spindle plays an important part during procession of cnc engraving machine,mainly falls into two types: water-cooled spindle and air-cooled spindle.
Before the introduction of water-cooled spindle maintenance,first of all,indicates the water-cooling spindle's working principle.Water-cooling spindle makes use of water circulation to cool the spindle after the high-speed rotation.So it is clear that the water is always circulating.
First of all,make sure the water is clean,so as to avoid the pipe plug of cnc router machine's water cooling spindle.In addition,you'd better cover a piece of filter paper outside of the pump outlet.Besides,you need to check the water-cooled spindle temperature from time to time,if the temperature is high,please make sure the water flows smoothly.Last but not least,be careful not to let the debris generated during processing enter the circulating water.
