2.smooth cooling-water flowing of cnc engraving co2 laser 

Whether it is to use tap water or water pump, you must keep the water flow smoothly.Cooling water is to take away the heat generated by the laser tube,the higher the water temperature,the lower the light output power (15-20 ℃ water temperature is preferred).

The machine guide rail is a high-precision core components,it must be wiped after the working finished.The bearings should be regularly lubricated,so as to make the driver working flexibly, extending the lifetime of co2 laser cnc engraver machine.

The operating temperature should be within 5-35℃.It is important to notice that if cnc engraving co2 laser used in the freezing conditions,the water inside the laser tube must be poured out.And the co2 laser engraving machine must be warmed up for at least 5 minutes.

The large amounts of electricity interference sometimes results in machine failure,although low rates,but still need to avoid.Therefore,the cnc co2 laser machine should be away from such as large welding machine,giant power mixer and large power transmission equipment. 

6.lightning protection of cnc co2 laser engraver

The "good grounding" in this section one can also contribute to good lightning protection.

Special recommendations: In areas where the network is unstable (such as voltage fluctuation more than 5%),please install a capacity of at least 3000W power supply,to prevent burning of circuit and computer by sudden fluctuations.
