The whole working procedure: 

Layout the design according to the requirements of customers of wood cnc carving router machine firstly, then store the different tool path into different files after calculating;

Open the tool path in the control system of cnc router wood engraving machine after ensuring all of them are right.( available for preview)

Fix the material and set the original working point.And then start the spindle motor of quality cnc wood engraving router machine to set the rmp correctly.

Start:

1.After turning on the power switch, the power indicator light will open, which means the wood carving cnc router will firstly reset and do the self-test operation. The  X, Y, Z, axis are back to zero, then running to the initial standby position (wood engraving cnc machine initial origin).

2.using hand wheel to adjust X, Y and Z axes respectively and aiming at the starting point of engraving work (machining origin). Set the proper spindle speed and feed speed of tool to let the wood cnc carving router machine under a waiting state.

Carving process:

1. Finish the edition of file carving.

2., open the transmission file, and transfer files to the cnc wood engraving machine. Then the engraving work can be done automatically. 

The end:

When the engraving file is finished, the industrial cnc engraving router will automatically lift the knife and run to the top of the starting point.
