The users of wood cnc router have a common agreement that the spindle motor is the core part of a cnc wood cutting&engraving machine.Spindle motor can be divided into air-cooling motor and water-cooling motor.Relatively,the water-cooled motor works with less noise,which is more acceptable and economical than the air-cooled motor, so the water-cooled woodworking engraving machine is popular with customers.Therefore,what problems should we pay particular attention to during the use of water-cooled cnc wood router machine?
1, As to water-cooled cnc wood router cutting machine,some customers often forget to change the water especially in the summer.If the temperature of the water is too high will not achieve the goal of cooling the spindle.If this lasts too long,the lifetime of the spindle will be greatly reduced.
2, When it comes to a cold winter,cooling water must be cleaned up in time to aviod water pipes or water tanks to crack due to water freezing.
3, It is the best to use pure water as cooling water of spindle motor. Otherwise, it is likely to accumulate incrustation and plug water pipe of water-cooled motor.
4, Although the temperature has a slight influence on the wood cnc cutting machine,many customers would like to add grease to the ballscrew.When it is winter,users forget to clean up.As a result,it is difficult to start the machine.So we suggest that operating room's temperature should be preferably close to indoor temperature.Check the fuel's applicable temperature,make sure that the temperature is at least beyond the minimum. When the machine is not used,and the indoor temperature is low, it is best to pour out the water in the tank to prevent the crack of the tank and the water pipe.
